Helping Hiring | Sister Companies Career Pages
User Experience & Branding Updates
Looking to equip these sister companies with better careers pages, this manufacturing group reached out to our team to make some modifications to their current sites that helped better attract candidates. Working with a small development team, they wanted to duplicate the template as much as possible between the brands. Switching the pages from an informational archives to conversion-focused, we redesigned the pages to both show what career success could look like, while also adding design elements that still gave each their own look and feel.

KEY WINS
- Each careers page contained a motif to bring forward throughout the site, extending branding possibilities and to giving all minimally customized themes an individual look.
- Designed using repeatable modules and provided easy hand off for the client’s outsourced development team.
- The success of this project allowed us to fully sign one of the 3 sister companies for a net new website.
